Susan Parente, PMP is a project engineer and Adjunct
Professor at Post University in CT. She has a BS in Mechanical Engineering
from the University of Rochester in NY and has a MS in Engineering
Management from George Washington University in DC. She is also PMP,
CISSP and ITIL certified, a CMMI and ISO 9001 Practitioner, and mentor.
Ms. Parente has led a number of large complex software implementation
projects, working as a consultant for the DoD. She lived in the
Washington, DC Metro Area for 15 years and has relocated her primary
residence to Connecticut in the last year.
Ms. Parente
is currently the Director of Professional Services of S3 Technologies, LLC. Her company’s
focuses on revitalizing projects through the use of risk management. S3 Technologies does
this by working as a team with clients and stakeholders, using risk management to deliver
project success. Susan has trained many project managers in the area of risk management and
has developed and used a methodology to implement risk management programs in a number of
organizations.

by Ms. Parente on implementing risk management. The focus of the book is effective
and efficient implementation of risk management for your projects.
