Topic	Capturing Effective Requirements Accurate and effective requirements are an essential part to any successful project. There are many dimensions which need to be covered to effectively capture and deploy requirements in any organization. This presentation will cover many of the most important elements regarding requirements with some real world examples.

About the Speaker	Bob Brown, PMP Bob is a Program Manager with the Bose Corporation which is headquartered in Framingham, MA. Bose is a world leader in quality audio equipment. As a Program Manger, he is actively engaged in the creation and improvement of home entertainment products. His 18 years of Program Management experience ranges from Military Electronic Warfare Systems, Automotive and Vehicular Electronics, Telecommunications and Consumer Electronic products. He is an active member of the Central Mass PMI Chapter with a PMP certification, and holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Purdue University. In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking and playing guitar.
