Topic Managing Project Risks

Do you feel you spend enough time in risk management activities? Would you like a better way to manage risks and communicate risk management to executives and team members?

Risk management is an area of project management which generally receives little attention during a project implementation but can be extremely helpful preventing disastrous results and building more cohesive teams.

In this presentation, Dennis will provide a series of success tactics that will help you assess, prevent, monitor, mitigate and respond to project risks. It will include a discussion of the PMI approach to risk management as well as a case study describing the use of risk management workshops in a company which had previously no risk management methodology.

He is president and founder of EagleWing Consulting, Inc, a consulting firm specializing in assisting organizations in the implementation of program management offices, standardizing project management methodologies, facilitating risk management workshops and applying best practices, project management tools.
