Topic Implementing and Sustaining a Worldwide Project Management Organization

Project Management significantly enhances an organization's value. HP services recognized this early on and understood that in order to successfully drive business growth, profits and continued customer satisfaction - project management needed to be a core focus of the business strategy. Implementing and sustaining a project management model has facilitated more structure, standardization and has ultimately increased ROI. This session will highlight the components that are needed to successfully implement and sustain a worldwide project management organization and some of the lessons learned from HP's implementation.
