Transforming Team Effectiveness on Project Development Efforts

As a Project Manager, have you ever wondered how to eliminate miscommunication across sales, marketing and functional teams? Are people up and down your organization constantly saying things like “I assumed this was going to happen or I thought you were going to…”? Are meetings painful in cross-functional teams, with status updates taking twice as long as planned with very little benefit when you walk out the door?

If yes, you do not want to miss this presentation. In this interactive evening session, we will cover topics such as:

  • Practical ways to improve team collaboration
  • Expectation setting up and down your organization
  • Proactive versus reactive communication
  • Meeting strategies, alternatives for collaboration, and ways to effectively communicate across functional groups.
  • During the meeting, there will be opportunities to bring example of issues you face in these areas and suggested approaches to deal with them.
